Shopping experience

We accept orders placed directly through our website. To place an order, simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout, following the usual online shopping process.

Payments

You can pay for your order using major credit cards, PayPal, or other payment options, depending on your location. These payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Yes, we offer interest-free payment plans. Visit this page to learn more and submit an inquiry for the item you're interested in.

For buyers in the EU, the Klarna option is available. It will be offered at the checkout as a payment method, depending on your location.

You will see the final price at the checkout, all taxes and possible shipping fees will be calculated depending on your location. However, please note that you may be responsible for any customs fees upon receiving your package.

As a European-based company, all of our prices are fixed in EUR currency. However, you can switch to your local currency: scroll down the page, currency selector is located at the footer. Prices may slightly vary, depending on the actual currency conversion rate.

Most likely, at the checkout you will be charged in your local currency. However, it is important to check with your credit card provider to understand any potential foreign transaction fees that may apply to your order.

When a credit card is declined, there can be various reasons behind it. Some common reasons include:

  1. Exceeding credit limit: If you have reached your credit card's limit or attempted to make a purchase that exceeds your available credit, your card is likely to be declined.
  2. Suspected fraud: If a transaction appears out of the ordinary, it might trigger the card issuer's fraud detection system. Some banks need to verify high amount payments, so please contact your bank for the support.
  3. Wrong data: be sure that the ZIP code you enter at the billing address field is the same as your card's registered billing address.

Fast solution: If you're sure there are sufficient funds and all the data is correct, contact your bank to approve the transaction. Online transactions involving high amounts often require additional approval from the cardholder. This measure is in place to prevent fraud.

It is advisable to check with your country's customs office or relevant government agency to understand the specific fees and taxes applicable to your order.

Some of our products don't exceed the limit for customs clearence, and are free of tax. The specific threshold and regulations may vary depending on the destination country.

Since the UK has left the European Union, there may be new customs and VAT requirements for goods imported from EU countries like Spain. From our latest sources, the UK VAT is 20%.

The specific fees and taxes depend on the declared value of the imported goods.

You will receive a notification from FedEx about the specific tax amount you need to pay for customs clearence.

If you're shopping from EU country: you will see the final price including the VAT, at the checkout after you enter your location. You won't be obliged to pay any duties upon receiving the product.

Our prices are final, and we offer free shipping to the UK, USA, EU, Canada and other destinations.

We highly recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's customs policies to avoid any unexpected expenses related to your order.

If you're shopping from outside Europe's tax zone: local duties and import taxes may apply depending on a value specified on a package and your location. To get more information, please contact local authorities or FedEx customer service.

Packaging

We take great care to ensure that our packaging is discreet and does not reveal the contents inside. Our items are shipped in standard FedEx labeled boxes. Inside that shipping box you will find another one: black unbranded box that doesn't look like jewelry box. Sender's name is our business name: Eden Garden Design SL, and unless your partner is familiar with this name it's not possible to recognise what's inside.

Yes, your ring will come in minimalistic black ring box (faux leather) with golden leaf stamping outside:

All our products come with an elegant packaging: a small ring box placed in a bigger cardboard box wrapped with a ribbon. This box is ready to give, but you can use your own wrapping or a custom made ring box if you wish something extraordinary and individual.

Materials: gold and gemstones

We work with recycled gold. The sources of recycled gold in Europe mainly include previously used jewelry and technology products. The majority of recycled gold, over 90%, comes from jewelry, with the remainder extracted from technological devices. This gold is collected and then processed and refined to ensure its quality meets the necessary standards for reuse in various products, including new jewelry items and technology components. Recycling gold plays a crucial role in the sustainability efforts within the gold industry, as it significantly reduces the environmental impact associated with traditional gold mining.

Yes, we are committed to ensuring that all the diamonds we sell are conflict-free. We adhere strictly to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS), which is an international system established to prevent the trade in conflict diamonds.

The diamonds sold in Europe are generally intended to be conflict-free, largely thanks to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS), which is a multilateral trade regime with the goal of preventing the flow of conflict diamonds—that is, diamonds mined in war zones and sold to finance conflicts against governments. This scheme requires member states to certify that shipments of rough diamonds are conflict-free and to prevent conflict diamonds from entering the legitimate trade.

To this end, we work with trustable and reliable partners in the diamond industry who share our commitment to ethical sourcing. Our partners are carefully chosen based on their adherence to stringent ethical standards and their transparent sourcing practices.

Our gemstones are sourced from a variety of countries through trusted suppliers with whom we have built strong relationships. Specifically, we partner with small family-owned businesses, much like our own, that are well-regarded in the industry and source their gemstones from a range of mines. Our preference for small family businesses stems from a desire to avoid the large-scale mining operations that typically supply major industry players.

These suppliers operate completely legally, and our relationships with them are often forged and maintained through professional international fairs, showcasing the vast geography of our sourcing—from Brazil to Australia.

In terms of transparency, we strive to provide as much information as possible about the origins of our gemstones. Whenever available, we will specify the country of origin in our gemstone inventory, based on the information received from our suppliers.

By choosing to work this way, we aim to support smaller operations and ensure that we offer unique, ethically sourced gemstones to our customers.

White gold rings can develop a yellowish tint over time, a change primarily due to the nature of white gold itself. White gold is made by combining pure gold, which is naturally yellow, with other metals such as palladium or silver to create a material that appears white. However, because the core material is yellow gold, the whiteness is not inherent but rather achieved through a surface treatment involving rhodium plating.

Rhodium is a platinum group metal that gives white gold its bright white finish. Over time, this rhodium plating can wear off, revealing the natural yellow color of the gold alloy beneath. The rate at which the rhodium wears off can vary based on several factors, including the ring's exposure to chemicals, the acidity of the wearer's skin, and the amount of wear and tear the ring experiences.

Fortunately, the original appearance of your white gold ring can be restored through a process called re-plating, where a new layer of rhodium is applied to the ring. This process can be done by most jewelers and can refresh the bright, white finish of your ring, making it look as good as new.

If you notice your white gold jewelry losing its luster or turning yellowish, consider taking it to a jeweler for re-plating. This service is relatively straightforward and can significantly extend the beauty and life of your white gold jewelry.

We fully understand the significance of your concerns regarding the authenticity of gold, especially when making such a valuable purchase. Please be reassured that all our jewelry is crafted from genuine gold. We work with supplier included on The London Good Delivery List of Acceptable Refiners, certified through strict accreditation procedures.

In the European Union, dealing in counterfeit gold is illegal and carries severe penalties. This legal framework ensures that our business operations and the gold we use adhere to high standards of authenticity and quality.

It is true that raw platinum material costs lower compared to a pure gold. But let us explain all the reasons why platinum rings are more expensive compared to gold.

1. Platinum is a denser metal than gold, meaning that more material is required to make a platinum ring compared to a gold ring of the same size and design.
Based on our experience our rings turn out a lot heavier when made in platinum.

2. The manufacturing process for platinum jewelry is more complex and requires specialized techniques. Platinum is a harder metal than gold, making it more difficult to work with. We need to use specialized tools and techniques to create and polish platinum rings. Since platinum isn't something we work everyday, we must prepare a special machinery individually. Very often Platinum rings don't turn out perfect from the first try and we must remake everything from the start. This additional labor and expertise involved in crafting platinum rings also contribute to their higher price.

3. Platinum is a rarer metal than gold, making it more valuable. It is estimated that the annual worldwide production of platinum is only a fraction of the annual gold production. The limited supply and higher demand for platinum contribute to its higher price.

Our 14K gold alloy contains 58.5% of pure gold and the rest is a mix of metals added for the strength and colour - mostly sterling silver and for white gold a small amount of nickel is added (not more than 7%, by EU ministry of health regulation norms). There are no nickel traces in rose and yellow gold.

Additionally, our rings are plated with white rhodium, which serves as a protective layer between the ring and the skin.

Certification

We provide our own certificates of authenticity, including information about gemstones and gold type used.

As for gold, it is always a recycled fair-trade metal, and natural diamonds are all conflict-free. Certificates for central gemstones depend on a particular gem - some of them come with GIA certificates, and some have IGI. In our gemstone stock, we always mention if the particular gemstone comes with a laboratory certificate.

Attention: We would like to bring to your attention that there are counterfeit designs circulating in the market that infringe upon our copyright and make unauthorized use of our intellectual property. Please note that only items accompanied by our trademark's certificate of authenticity are genuine. If you come across any instances where someone is selling cheap copies of our designs, we kindly request you to reach out to us at info@edengardenjewelry.com. We deeply value and respect our own work, as well as the work of our colleagues and fellow artists, and we hope for your collaboration in maintaining the integrity of our creations.

Certificates for central gemstones depend on a particular gem - some of them come with GIA certificates, and some have IGI. In our gemstone stock, we always mention if the particular gemstone comes with a laboratory certificate. You can browse the collection of certified gemstones in our actual inventory. Natural and lab grown diamonds, as well as moissanites - all starting from 0.5 ct always come with certificates.

If a particular gemstone doesn't have certificate mentioned in a description, this can be done by a request and the additional fee. Please use this listing for the additional IGI certificate.

For small gemstones (accent, side gemstones) there's no practice to certify them.

Yes, our gold is certified and it comes from supplier included on The London Good Delivery List of Acceptable Refiners, certified through strict accreditation procedures. You can learn more about London Bullion Market Association on this page.

We don't provide appraisals, but if you wish to do this locally we highly recommend to find The American Gem Society’s Certified Gemologist® Appraiser (CGA) and Independent Certified Gemologist® Appraiser (ICGA) for a reliable and the most accurate appraisal.

Jewelry care instructions

Caring for a ring with a sandblast finish requires specific steps to maintain its unique texture and appearance. Here are the recommended care instructions to ensure your sandblast finish ring remains beautiful over time:

  1. Gentle Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with warm water to gently clean your ring. For more thorough cleaning, you can also use a mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the sandblast texture.
  2. Dry Properly: After cleaning, make sure to dry your ring thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure it's completely dry before wearing it again.
  3. Avoid Rough Handling: The unique surface of a sandblast finish can be susceptible to scratches and wear if not treated gently. Try to avoid wearing your ring during activities that may expose it to hard surfaces or harsh conditions.
  4. Professional Maintenance: Over time, your ring may require professional maintenance to restore its finish and address any wear. A professional jeweler can reapply the sandblast finish and make any necessary repairs to ensure your ring looks its best.
  5. Storage: When not wearing your ring, store it separately from other jewelry to prevent scratches. A fabric-lined jewelry box or a soft pouch is ideal for protecting the finish.

By following these care instructions, you can help preserve the beauty and integrity of your sandblast finish ring for years to come.

Our usual practice is not to have sales on our items because each one is made to order. However, last year we held a sale on Black Friday where we offered discounts on ready-to-ship items and lab-grown diamond rings as part of a promotional event. Check our Instagram profile to get the latest updates.

At Eden Garden Jewelry, we only sell complete jewelry pieces. We don't sell mountings and don't work with gemstones provided by customers. This commitment is rooted in our dedication to maintaining the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry pieces. By overseeing the entire production process from start to finish, we uphold our strict standards to ensure that each piece meets our exacting criteria and surpasses customer expectations.

We believe that selling unfinished ring mountings can compromise the integrity of our products and expose them to potential quality control issues. Additionally, we choose to provide warranties exclusively on our finished pieces to safeguard against any damage that may occur during installation or as a result of customer alterations.
