Central gemstone: This setting shows a 10x5mm marquise-cut gemstone, but the size can be adjusted if needed. 

Choose accent gemstones:

1. Lab-Grown Diamonds: DEF color, VS clarity, ~0.06ct total
2. Natural Diamonds: G-H color, VS clarity, ~0.06ct total
