MOCKUP SERVICE DEPOSIT

Before moving forward with the deposit payment for the mockup, please ensure we have discussed and decided on your preferred options. This deposit enables us to generate a digital mockup, showcasing your selected ring setting and gemstones.

Note that you can select up to two different ring settings and combine up to three gemstone options.

Important: the deposit you pay will be credited towards the final price of the ring, essentially making the mockup service complimentary. However, should you decide not to proceed with the purchase of a ring, please be informed that the deposit is non-refundable.

We kindly ask for your appreciation and respect for our work. Our team dedicates considerable effort to fulfill the numerous requests received daily.

Finally, please understand that the mockup is a digital creation, which may not precisely represent the actual metal colors. Nevertheless, it offers a valuable visual reference for the arrangement and color scheme of the gemstones and a selected metal.

Measuring the correct ring size is essential to ensure a comfortable and perfect fit. The best way to find out is to visit your local jeweler or any jewelry store. A professional will help you better than any home method!

There are different standards for determining ring size. Here at Eden Garden Jewelry we use US size standards and you can use a conversion chart in case you have different standards measurements.

In Europe, ring sizes are usually based on the circumference of the finger, measured in millimeters. For example, a size 54 would indicate a finger circumference of 54 mm. Some European countries may use a different system based on diameter (such as France and Belgium), but the majority use the circumference method. It means if the jeweler said you are size 54, you should choose size 7 US when purchasing one of our rings.

- Doing your skin care routine: moisturizers leave a greasy film on a metal and gems, it will diminish the brilliance over time;

- Working in the garden.

Store your jewelry safely:

- Store your pieces separately, it will prevent pieces from knocking together;

- Use individual plastic bags or cloth pouches;

- Don't leave your jewelry in the bathroom for long periods of time.
